PRIVACY POLICY
1. I collect personal data from you when you contact me. I only collect personal data that you choose to give me for the purposes of processing your request. I will not share your personal information with third parties or send you communication without your prior consent — you must actively give me your consent in order for me to process your personal data. If you want to change the way in which I communicate with you or stop communications from me you can do so at any time by using the contact form to advise me.
2. All coaching sessions are conducted in confidence with the exception of disclosures that may be harmful or criminal. As a coach I am required to let you know that should this be the case I may need to pass informtaion on to relevant authorities. In this instance the coachee will be informed.
3. I may be required to disclose your user data by a court order or to comply with other legal requirements. I will endeavor to inform you of this requirement wherever possible, unless I am legally restricted from doing so.
4. I do not sell, rent or distribute any personally identifying data from my users to third parties for commercial purposes.
5. Any personal data that I process for any purposes shall not be kept for longer than is necessary for that purpose. I will take steps to regularly audit data I hold with a view to removing any data which is no longer necessary for that purpose. You may instruct me to provide you with any personal data I hole about you; this may be subject to the supply of appropriate evidence of your identity.
6. www.katewebb.co.uk contains links to other websites. When you click on any of these links you are moving onto another site and that their terms, conditions and policies will apply when you are visiting their pages. These terms and conditions may differ from those of Kate Webb.
