I have over 20 years experience of working in the arts as a performer, teacher, director and producer. I have worked in community outreach, school programmes, further and higher education contexts as well as participatory arts and commercial contexts.
I decided to train as a coach when I realised it is at the heart of what I do. I love working with people; finding the stories, the challenges, the triumphs and undoing those metaphorical knots.
Through working with projects such as the Education Action Zones and Creative Partnerships collaboration is at the heart of all I do, eager to learn as much from participants as I am to lead. With good collaboration comes true integration and the growth of our art forms and ourselves.
I have been a part of Circomedia - Centre for Circus and Physical Theatre for 17 years, in this time I have played a key part in the core staff team teaching, directing and assisting students and graduates in their creative endeavors and their pastoral care.
I am based in Bristol, mother of two and very fond of coffee.
''I have been, and continue to be, inspired by her energy for life, her passion for her art form and commitment to providing high quality teaching and learning environments".
Jay Haigh - Producer
"...you helped me clear my mind of the fog that I generated with stress and this helped me know what was right for me, that my life was on track and that I wasn't as lost as I thought. This has allowed me to realign my beliefs about my past and put things in order."
